Computer semi-automatic autoclave is composed of process tank, hot water tank，cold water tank, heat exchangers, various valve, connecting pipeline and PLC touch automatic control system. It sprays fan-type and ribbon-type fluctuations hot water to killed Microsystems, heat spread is quick and even. Autoclave adopts analog temperature control system. Depending on the requirements of different food sterilization, it can set heating, insulating and cooling procedure at any time, so that each kind of food can be sterilized in the best condition.

Structure of Computer Semi-automatic Autoclave

The sterilization equipment includes body, lid, swivels, tracks, seals, rollers, locking wedge, steam, and nozzle, cooling pipe and valves and so on.

The control system includes PLC control, touch screen and control cabinet.

Accessories includes pallet, pallet trucks, outside carts, circulation pump, water pump, pipe valve.
